Prices
All prices on our web are quoted in Singapore Dollars. Payment is due upon payment gateway approval available through Cheque or Bank Transfers.
Validity
All prices on our online store are deemed current at time of transaction.
Confirmation of Orders
All orders are deemed confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received after 48 hours. This is to prevent prank orders and the availability of stock for serious customers. If you encounter any problems with payment gateway, please email us and we will be in touch with you.
Delivery
JENNGIFT will confirm schedule of delivery within 72 hours upon receipt of full payment.
Delivery of items is currently available on mainland Singapore only.
Delivery is free for orders above SGD30 per transaction for one location only. A delivery charge of $3.00 will be imposed for orders below SGD30 for each location.
Any delay for delivery will by no means be compensated, accounted nor enable the cancellation of the order.
In all circumstances, the delivery of the goods within this delay can only be made if the customer has indicated the exact information, address and telephone contact of the addressee during the order process. If this information is not correctly communicated JennGift.sg will not be liable for any further delay or non-delivery of the goods.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Singapore Customers
Kindly verify invoice amount before moving on to the payment gateway as we will not credit/ refund any amount.
REGISTRATION
When you register as a member on 4u2gift.sg, information collected is to help us identify you. At the initial registration, we ask for your name, your email address, and a password. When you make a purchase from us, we also ask for your name, shipping address, telephone number.
OUR PRIVACY POLICY
Personal data collected is for our own use only and will not be disclosed, shared or transferred to any 3rd party.
We assure all customers that all personal information collected would be used or disclosed only for the purposes for which it was collected.
Only the necessary personal data is collected from customers for business purposes. Both the amount and the type of data collected shall be limited to that which is necessary to fulfill the purposes identified.
Customers will occasionally receive email on special promotions we hold. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, users may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to unsubscribe in the subject line in the email.
We would not display or make publicly available, whether through online directories, customer lists or otherwise, the personally identifiable information collected.
